IPsec and Mobile IPv6

The second version of my draft about IPsec and Mobile IPv6 is
available (name : draft-dupont-ipsec-mipv6-01.txt).
I added some proposals for IKEv2 (or for any new two-phase protocol)
because the current specifications are both incomplete and insecure
(because they are designed with the NAT traversal issue in the mind
when mobility (or the dual problem, multihoming, which is already known
from SCTP).
I haven't seen the call for the agenda... I'd like to get some minutes
(just to say you should read the draft) in the one phase/two phases
discussion (the killer argument for one-phase protocol is the mobile
can restart everything from scratch when it has moved. It works but
of course it is always inefficient, etc).
