The IESG has received a request from the IP Routing for Wireless/Mobile Hosts Working Group to consider Using IPsec to Protect Mobile IPv6 Signaling between Mobile Nodes and Home Agents <draft-ietf-mobileip-mipv6-ha-ipsec-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard.

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
iesg@xxxxxxxx or ietf@xxxxxxxx mailing lists by 2003-3-7.
