I'll admit I was surprised when I first saw the above timeline. Do the chairs think this is feasible? Do the authors? Do the other participants?

the authors also have expressed reservations about the time line :-)


We will continue to work the issues, but we also do plan to release a version of 2401bis by mid-December. I doubt that it will be the last version.
