A nit in IKEv2 draft 11: Section 2.16 says this about
EAP methods:

  "... protocols expected to be used most commonly
   are fully documented here and in section 3.16."

I disagree about the "fully" part. Section 3.16 has a total
of 19 lines of text about EAP methods. In contrast, RFC 2284bis
spends about 10 pages to describe the same thing. Recommended fix:
remove the word "fully".
