I recognize that this comment is not of the lofty caliber of the current
discussions but may I point out that on page 21, in figure 2 'ISAKMP Header
Format', the initiator and responder cookies are represented as 4 octet
entities? Each is described as an 8 octet entity in the rest of the
document.
