Hi Russ,

Based on comments on this mailing list that we would rather have the RFC rewritten(-bis draft) rather than an errata draft, I have posted the draft

As we already have had a lot of discussion on the topic, I would want to know how I should progress the draft from here.

Any comments on this version of the draft would be very welcome.
