San Diego Agenda: Call for speakers

Hi,

I'm currently working on a draft agenda for San Diego.  According to
the IETF Agenda, we have Tuesday afternoon, 1300-1400.  Obviously that
is subject to change.

My goals for San Diego:
	finalize the requirements document and issue a last call
	discuss the draft protocol

As I mentioned in a previous mail, if you want to speak in San Diego,
let me know SOON.  If you don't warn me by mid week next week, then
you may not get a chance to speak.  So, let me know sooner (rather
than later)
