Updating charter d03
Before I post d04 of the charter I want to make sure I've properly captured
the suggested and implied changes:
a) To address the number of TAAs it seems like we could collapse the 1st and
2nd scope bullets:
- Supporting a single trust anchor administrator, such as in a typical
enterprise, who may be administering multiple trust anchors in her domain
- Supporting multiple trust anchor administrators, such as is typical for
home users
in to one bullet:
- Supporting systems the require a single trust anchor administrator and
systems that require multiple trust anchor administrators
b) In last in scope bullet change "may or many not" to "may or may not" so
that it now reads "Supporting devices that may or may not be connected to
the Internet at the time of management (e.g., relying on physical delivery
of trust anchor management messages)"
c) As Russ pointed out there may be more than one specification, change the
last bullet from "A standards track trust anchor management protocol
specification" to "Standards track trust anchor management protocol
specifications"
Steve Kent indicated that the TAA was undefined. I'm hoping to avoid
including the TAA definition in the charter and that we can do that in the
deliverables.
Have I missed any others?
