Hi,

	CERT_ENROL_09 in revision 1.4 of the IOS-CA Server interop test plan
states that the serial number should be both in the subject DN and in the
subject alt name extension.  Where is it supposed to go in the subject alt
name?  None of the name forms in GeneralName (in RFC 2459) seem suitable.
