You can test with Windows 2000 Professional and/or Server, and with
Windows 2003 (not sure about XP)
It has a CA server, however, you will need to add the SCEP client
(mscep.dll) - it's part of the their Resource Toolkit, the setup program
is called cepsetup.exe
